One must be service – oriented, and his system, must bring about, the best, most sustainable solution! 2. Truth; timely; time – tested: It’s not leading, if the leader, fails to, consistently, tell the truth! There is no place for procrastination, which endangers us, and we must demand, well – considered, timely action, be taken, which is based on time – tested, ideas and expertise! 3. Relevant; real/ realistic; responsive/ responsible: Just, looking, busy, or doing, something, has little value, unless it brings about, relevant change, for the better! We need leaders with realistic perspectives, and a willingness, to bring – about real solutions, for the greater good! It serves little benefit, unless/ until, one’s approaches, and focus, is both, responsive, and responsible! 4. Options; opportunities; organized; optimal: We must ensure, any leader, consider as many viable options, and opportunities, as possible, with an open – mind! He must be effective and efficient, and to provide the optimal direction, must proceed, in a truly, organized way! 5. Needs; nerve; nuance/ niche: It’s important to know, the group, one represents, in terms of its heritage, history, etc, as well as constituents, priorities, perceptions, goals, and needs, and proceed, accordingly! Each group, regardless of type, and/ or, size, fits into some niche, and, often, it requires, adapting, effectively, to the specific nuances. Great leaders expand their personal comfort zones, so they have the necessary degree of nerve, to make a difference, for the better! 6.
